Diversity App Step 6: Journey Map
Hello again! The last time we talked, I was giving a persona of the type of user I am aiming for in my design. This week, I will be breaking down the process of how the user will navigate through the app and what possible problems can occur while going through it. This will be displayed through a journey map. It will show a mini wireframe of a section and then list the basic components of that section. After that, it will list the possible frustrations that can happen during this interface. The whole point of the journey map is to figure out what the problems are now so you can come up with ways of avoiding them when you actually make the product.
The main thing I took away from this was that I need to make the instructions clear on how to navigate through the app as well as how to play the games. It should be simple and clear. I plan to solve this with labels and video demonstrations of how to play.
